- All orders must be placed over the Dove System.
- Orders must include proper codification provided by United Flower & Gift.
- Orders must be sent with proper pricing as set forth in written sales materials from United Flower & Gift.
- Orders must be marked for proper delivery date. The date stated on the order is the date product will be delivered, not the date that it will be shipped.
- Orders must include recipient phone number.
- Incorrect addresses will be charged the minimum
$10.00 Federal Express change fee on a separately billed statement.
- Orders for Saturday delivery must be codified with Saturday coding and correct Saturday pricing.
- Sentiment cards must be limited to 200 Characters. (no books or letters please).
- Orders, which include the shipment of a vase, must include the codification for the vase.
Non Holiday
Orders may be canceled until 2:00 pm of the shipping day. No cancellations will be accepted after this cutoff time.
Holiday
Orders may be canceled until 2:00 pm of the day prior to the shipping day. Orders canceled after this holiday cutoff time will be shipped.
Should a product be ordered that our warehouses are out of stock on, the following procedures will be followed.
An INQ message will be sent to the sending shop notifying them the product order is currently out of stock and offering a suitable replacement.
- If the shop agrees for a replacement, the order will be shipped accordingly.
- If the shop instead wishes to delay the shipment until inventory is available, the order will be shipped accordingly.
- If the shop instead wishes to cancel the order, a confirmation of the cancellation will be sent to the Sending shop.
If the sending shop provides no INQ answer within 3 hours of the initial INQ message or by 3 pm EST of the shipping day, a substitution will be shipped, and a substitution/care card will be enclosed with the shipment.
United Flower & Gift will make every effort to satisfy your customer’s expectations and desires. When situations arise that affect the quality of our service, product and delivery, they will be handled in the following manner:
- All requests for information or problem reporting should be submitted via the Dove network.
- Telephone customer service should be for emergency situations only. In these cases dial toll free 1-866-744-7347 (866-Shipdirect) for assistance.
- Order not delivered by
FedEx:
The product will be tracked, and if no delivery address issues are present, a replacement piece will be sent at no cost or order may be canceled by sending shop.
- Order delivered on wrong
date:
A replacement piece will be sent at no cost to sending shop.
- Damaged
Box:
If contents are damaged due to poor handling in shipping, a replacement will be sent on the next available shipping day.
- Order not delivered due to wrong
address:
The order may be re-shipped at the senders expense. United Flower & Gift bears no responsibility for the accuracy of addresses given by sending shops, or their customers.
United Flower & Gift is dedicated to bringing Farm Fresh product directly to the homes of your customers. If there are issues involving the quality of our product, we will replace the product at our cost within the following guidelines.
- The replacement request must be made within five days of the delivery date.
- The replacement will be shipped on the next available shipping day, provided that the product requested is available.
- There will be only one replacement per order.
- A United Flower & Gift employee may place a customer service call to the recipient, in order to determine the causes of customer dissatisfaction.
- Broken Vases- If a vase is broken during shipping; the customers order will be reshipped with the floral product ordered.
- If there is a discrepancy between the number of stems ordered and what the customer received, a PRC adjustment will be processed relative to the shortfall. (Our warehouse operations negate the possibility of this occurring).
- Wrong product shipped- A replacement of the correct product will be shipped on the next available shipping day.
